Hello there!
Welcome to my chaotic world as a freelance fashion designer, where I take you behind the scenes of making my own (typically last minute) outfits, creating custom pieces for my incredible clients, and producing clothing lines for your new favorite brands, while also sharing industry insights and styling tips for you to take into your own day-to-day.
My design career began back when I was just a little girl. When I was 5, I would steal my dad’s sketch books to design new outfits and purses in; when I was 7, I was in charge of my (soon to be wildly successful) girl band’s outfits; when I was 12, I was dedicated to never repeat an outfit to school; and in high school I took every fashion related course I could possibly take. Which is why it only made sense to go to Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of the Arts for my Bachelors in Fine Arts for Fashion Design when deciding where my life would go next.
The first few years after college were spent finding myself and re-discovering my love for fashion after school left me burnt out and uninspired. This is where I honed my skills for social media, marketing, branding development, and client relations.
After 5 long years of trying other things, I’ve fallen back in love with fashion and have found the most inspiration in sharing my first love with the internet and connecting other individuals and businesses with the tools they need to fall in love with fashion the same way I have. I’ve made custom pieces for the most incredible clients, have had my designs featured in magazines, and am in the midst of producing an 80-look runway collection for New York Fashion Week.
So thank you for coming along this journey with me, whether you’re a follower, a subscriber, or a client, you mean the world to me!
